Do I need dance experience to participate?
No, Celtic Cardio is tailored to suit the needs and skill of dancer and non-dancers alike. Steps are taught/reviewed and easy to follow.
Who is Celtic Cardio suitable for?
Anyone, men or women (aged 15 & older).
What do I wear/need for class?
Anything comfortable to move and dance in. (ie: yoga pants, sweats, shorts, tanks or tees).
Dance sneakers, ballet shoes, ghillies or socks are all acceptable footwear-- comfort is key.
Water and a sweat towel are always useful.. ;-)
